Q. Do I need a doctor's referral for any of your services?
A. No

Q. Are your services suitable for children?
Yes, all therapies are suitable for all children.  However, I do recommend the children be at an age where they are happy to sit still long enough to watch an hour long DVD (provided by me if suits!). Children love it! Otherwise I support them with Remote Sessions!  Contact me for the details of how this works.

Q. What are your operating hours?
A. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 6pm. Saturdays from 9.30am to 2pm. Appointments are essential.  All interstate and distant clients are accommodated to suit flights/travel arrangements.  Contact me if you require a specific day and time.  I am flexible, and will work to your requirements as best I can.

Q. What do I do the day of my Session?
A. On the day of your visit please avoid caffeine, pork products and alcohol. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and drink several glasses of filtered water if possible. I will ask you to remove all your 'metal' jewellery (if infact you can!), so you may like to leave it at home on the day of your session with me.

Q. How do you prefer I pay for my sessions?
A. Payment is required on the day of your treatment.  Cash, Eftpos, visa and mastercard credit cards are welcomed (amex not accepted. A small c/card admin fee applies ).

Q. What happens if I'm running late?
A. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full time allocated just for you. If you are running late, please be aware your therapy time may be reduced with full payment still required.

Q. Do you charge beyond the rates listed?
A. No additional charges for supplements will be incurred, unless desired by yourself.
Q. I've heard you have a dog at the clinic with you?
A. Bailey is my 10 year old Golden Retriever.  He is also a therapy dog. He is a great contribution to you. If however you would rather he not be present on the day of your appointment, please let me know the day prior when I send you your reminder sms. If on the day it is raining, he won't be there.  There's nothing worse than the smell of wet dog hair!! 

When we answer your questions, we only provide information. We do not diagnose disease, nor do we prescribe anything or advise you to give up existing medications. This is a decision to be made only by yourself and doctor. If you act on any information we provide without your doctors approval, you are prescribing yourself. That is your right to do so, but we take no responsibility or liability for your actions.
