People come into our lives for a reason, a season, a lifetime!

I truly believe everyone we meet has a part to play in our life journey. We are all part of a big tapestry connecting us.

Those who pushed us, taught us to stand up for ourselves, to learn courage and empowerment.

Those who pulled us, encouraged us to grow, to expand.

Those who drained us, taught us about asserting our boundaries.

Those who fuelled us, inspired and motivated us to choose more.

Those who loved us, taught us how to open and be vunerable, nurtured and free be our true authentic selves in safety.

Those who left us, taught us how to grieve and be so grateful for what was and not take life for granted.

Those who hurt us, ultimately taught us more about ourselves. What within ourselves from our past still needed healing such as self worth, self esteem, self love etc… to enable us to become more. To recognise what we do and don’t want moving forward.

Those who have helped us, taught us trust, humility, contribution, appreciation, generosity. Some have connected us to other people and/or situations, which has created expansion in our lives, opportunities, possibilities and love.

Everyone has a part to play.

So much gratitude we can give this Christmas!!

Take the time this Christmas to follow all the threads that a specific person you’ve shared some time with has created in your life. It’s so much fun to do and such an eye opener!!

Thanks to each and every on of you. Even those I don’t know personally. You too, just by following me and reading my posts or sharing them, are part of my overall tapestry and new people or clients I meet, may just be because of you!
